0¹ GOAL!! A long ball from BARTLEY had the Crystal Palace defence back-pedalling and HWANG made the most of the opportunity with a great goal. (1-0 WBA) 4¹ A fine ball from MATETA on the left fell to MENGI who sliced his shot over. 8¹ GOAL!! Unlucky KIKO hit the crossbar before KLUIVERT rifled the ball into the back of the net as PAREDES failed to clear. (2-0 WBA) 8¹ ÉDOUARD made space on the left and dragged the ball to MATETA who clipped the ball wide. 9¹ MATETA flicked a right foot shot just beyond the far post from thirty yards out. 20¹ GOAL!! A weak shot from HWANG seemed to hold little difficulty for WHITWORTH but the ball somehow squirmed into the net. (3-0 WBA) 27¹ HWANG headed inches over. 29¹ GOAL!! A tackle from LANZINI gave Crystal Palace a free-kick twenty yards out which MATETA blasted past the WBA 'keeper. (3-1 WBA) 30¹ LANZINI beat DUHANEY and blasted the ball to HWANG who fumbled his shot wide. 43¹ A cross from HERRERA left HWANG in lots of space but he scuffed his shot. 3² SCHLUPP booted the ball wide from the edge of the box. 4² MILIVOJEVIC ran onto a great ball from PAREDES but dragged his shot wide of the righthand post. 8² GOAL!! A shot from KLUIVERT which WHITWORTH was able to claw away was deemed over the line and the referee awarded the goal. (4-1 WBA) 11² PAREDES fluffed an easy chance. 17² WHITWORTH saved a beautiful shot from GROSICKI. 19² The bemused 'keeper was all agog as a backpass from SCHLUPP dropped just over. 25² KLUIVERT rasped the ball through a crowd of players but the Crystal Palace 'keeper was a match for it as he dived to his left. 32² A corner found MUDRYK who forced an effort wide. 38² LANZINI brought the ball past ANDERSEN and flicked a poor shot over the bar. 39² MYKOLENKO was put clear by KLUIVERT and he beat WHITWORTH but rammed his shot over the bar.
