1¹ THOMPSON worked the ball to BROWNHILL, DERVISOGLU collected his cross and hoofed the ball within easy reach of the Bury 'keeper. 4¹ A twenty-five yard shot from DERVISOGLU caused the Bury 'keeper no problem. 5¹ A tame shot from LOWTON bounced agonisingly wide. 6¹ LUÍS SEMEDO made space on the left and dragged the ball to JOHN-LEWIS who touched the ball over. 10¹ WAHLSTEDT did well to hold onto a powerful strike from LOWTON. 13¹ A corner bobbled toward RUSSELL who touched the ball wide. 19¹ A mix up in the Bury defence enabled LONG to blast an effort just beyond the near post. 25¹ GOAL!! The creative JOHN-LEWIS neatly flicked on a cross for RUSSELL to blast the ball in. (1-0 Bury) 30¹ GOAL!! A deep corner left the 'keeper struggling and McNEIL side-footed the ball over the line. After GUÐMUNDSSON was tripped the referee waved play-on and McNEIL went on to comfortably score. A cross from McGREE was flicked away by McNEIL only for HUGHES to tap the ball back into the box for RUSSELL to force into the net.
